4. Update your wardrobe

Decluttering your wardrobe is another great self-care idea for the New Year. Seeing a lot of clothes that no longer fit can truly be depressing. That’s clearly not the best way to start off the day.

6. Proper skin & hair care

Skin and hair care are important things to follow for proper skin care. Especially when it is love month. We would like to smell nice and look good for our partner. It can heat up the relationship and strengthen the bond between the couple. Even if you are a person who doesn’t use the skin care products, it’s advised to start doing so for you and your significant other in the love month.

7. Wash your bedclothes 

It’s important to wash your pillow covers and bedsheets regularly. There is nothing like sleeping in a clean bed with a nice smell. If you aren’t changing yours, it’s best that you do so once every month. It will improve your sleep quality as well.
