Most of introverts love to absorb everything around themselves. Their minds crave to search out hidden details, which is mostly possible outdoors. Therefore, taking a walk is relaxing, and can help introverts satisfy their desire to explore things.

They prefer refreshing walks or runs with nothing but their own music playlist.
